The Kilimani Project Foundation is recruiting an Executive Director on competitive terms and conditions.

Founded in 2013, The Foundation is driven by the vision of all who work, live and pass through Kilimani having the experience of community as being vibrantly alive and the responsibility of all.

Reporting to the Board, the successful candidate will work with significant financial and representational responsibility, drive membership and sponsorship development, coordinate Foundation projects, relationships and financial resources, manage staff and act as Secretary to the Board. The ED will represent the Foundation to business, government and civic associations leaders, expand membership and sponsorship development and drive Foundation visibility and responsiveness of our programmes within the community and nationally.

To be eligible, you will be committed to the values of the Foundation, aims and objectives, have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in a development-related field, demonstrate 3 years of relevant working experience in management, representation and networking and have good writing and speaking communication skills.

The  service contract is  renewable after 3 years and a competitive benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
